Agustinus Harjono is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Asiantrust Capital Partners.
At Asiantrust, Agustinus is a member of the investment committee who overviews the overall strategy and direction of the firm, leading the investment team in deal sourcing, due diligence, and managing the investee companies. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial institution industry, Agustinus specializes in deal origination, restructuring, financial engineering and business development.

Prior to establishing Asiantrust, he was a Senior Vice President of Head Structured Finance at Maybank where he concentrated on securitization and risk mitigations using various financial instruments, ranging from traditional financing to sophisticated financing structure. Prior to joining Maybank, Agustinus served as the Executive Director of Commodities Trader and Agribusiness at Standard Chartered Bank where he was responsible for clients in the agricultural, energy, metals and soft commodities sectors. Earlier in his career, he joined ANZ Bank as Senior Vice President of Head of the Mining Team.

Agustinus received a Bachelor of Business Administration with Double Major in Finance, Investment & Banking and Marketing Management from University of Wisconsin-Madison, United States. He also holds a fund manager license from Indonesia Capital Market Supervisory Agency. Aside from his career, he has a huge interest in technology & IT gadgets.

Anthony Kalisaran is the Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Asiantrust Capital Partners.
At Asiantrust, Anthony is a member of the investment committee who overviews the overall strategy and direction of the firm, leading the investment team in deal sourcing, due diligence, and managing the investee companies. In addition to this, Anthony controls the firm’s financial planning and management of the firm’s financial risks.

Prior to starting Asiantrust, Anthony worked at Standard Chartered Bank as an Associate Director, executing deals across industries for major Indonesian corporate clients on their local financial needs and international expansion strategies. He focused on working capital financing, investment loans, syndications, and hedging instruments for various sectors; manufacturing, trading, distribution & logistics, retails, consumers, IT, property and construction. Previously, Anthony worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager in Debt and Restructuring Advisory Division where he was responsible for the clients’ restructuring and LBO deals.

Anthony obtained his Master Degree in Applied Finance from Monash University, Australia. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Information System & E-commerce from Curtin University, Australia and Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from Binus International, Indonesia. Anthony is a Broker-Dealer license holder from Indonesia Capital Market Supervisory. During his free time, he is a part-time game collector from various gaming platforms.

Daniel is the Vice President of Investments at Asiantrust Capital Partners.
Skilled in managing strategic initiatives, expanding the investor network, and establish and manage venture funds, at Asiantrust, Daniel is responsible in the end-to-end due diligence process, evaluating principal investments, implementing investment strategies and maximising company’s investments performance.

Ahead of working with Asiantrust Capital, Daniel worked across reputable firms within the strategy consulting and banking fields such as Standard Chartered Bank, JP Morgan Chase & Co., DBS Bank, PwC, Bahana Sekuritas and Ipsos Business Consulting. He specializes in capital market deals, company valuation and deal structuring through his prior experiences.

His 6+ years of experience in the investment industry give Daniel a deep understanding of investment synergy as well as a large network to multiple corporations, especially state-owned enterprises.

Daniel graduated from Loughborough University, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science in Banking Finance and Management. Apart from his career life, he has an interest in culinary and golf.

Adrina is a Vice President of Legal at Asiantrust Capital Partners
At Asiantrust, she oversees all legal-related matters in the firm’s operations from deal structuring, regulatory & compliance and reviewing investment-related agreements.

Adrina is an experienced corporate legal practitioner with more than 10 years experiences. She is experienced on Indonesian & overseas’ fund establishment, merger and acquisition in various transactions, deal structuring as well as conducting in-depth legal due diligence and giving a recommendation on legal matters. Prior to joining the firm, she worked under Rudhy Prasetya, one of the most famous corporate law experts in Indonesia. While in London, she worked at Mintel, the top 10th market research in the world. Back in Indonesia, she joined Finfleet, a startup that mainly focus on helping banking industries.

Adrina is a holder of Law Legal Bachelor from Ubaya University, Surabaya and Master’s of Notary Public from Airlangga University, Surabaya. During her free time, she often plays tennis and reads mythology books.

Jimmy is the Finance and Accounting manager of Asiantrust Capital.
At Asiantrust, Jimmy is responsible for the firm’s budgeting and operational analysis, accounts monitoring and creating financial reports.

Since 2004, Jimmy has experienced various positions in finance and accounting across different countries namely Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. Early in his career, Jimmy has worked in various finance & accounting-related jobs such as Freelance Consultant at Mega Dua Perkasa, Country Finance Accounting Manager at Enerlife, Assistant Accounting Manager at Indika Capital, Accounting Officer at Kalbe Farma, PT., Jakarta, Finance Accounting Section Head at SMART Tbk, PT., Jakarta and CS2 Pola Sehat, PT., Jakarta, and Cost Control at Master Elite Sinergy, PT and Bina Reksa Eka Jaya, PT. Prior to joining Asiantrust Capital, he was the Co-Owner of Rich Healthy Food.

He graduated from Trisakti University with a Bachelor of Economics degree. Aside from his career, he is a sneakerhead who loves to play basketball.

Elizabeth is a Finance & Accounting Associate at Asiantrust Capital Partners.
At Asiantrust, she is responsible for the firm’s finance operations and audit process. She is also involved in deal due diligence as part of the investment process.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has developed experiences in various sectors, including financial services, retail and FMCG. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a fashion merchandiser at the biggest lifestyle retailer in Indonesia, PT Mitra Adiperkasa, where she was responsible for planning and executing store marketing strategies for 24 retail stores across Indonesia. Previously, Elizabeth joined Unilever Leadership Internship Programme where she was primarily involved in the Trade Promotion Management and Trade Promotion Optimization. She also had working experiences at both Toford Plastic Manufacturing Corporation in Taiwan and Pricewaterhouse Coopers Indonesia.

Elizabeth received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of Indonesia and Master’s Degree from Bandung Institute of Technology in Business Administration. Apart from her career, she has a huge interest in fashion and traveling.

William is a Fund Admin of Asiantrust Capital Partners.
At Asiantrust, William is responsible for the operation and administration tasks in ensuring the funds comply with all necessary legal requirements. He also supports the team in strategically setting up new funds, on top of handling the funds’ legal audit and reports. Lastly, he is also involved in deal sourcing and the initial investment due diligence process.

Preceding his work at Asiantrust, he has numerous working experiences in various industries. William has strategically assisted an events management platform startup called Eventrific, automotive workshop PT Meka Adripratama, independent pro-bono consultant for a U.S.-based nation-wide FMCG manufacturer and retail store, as well as being a Summer Associate with Asiantrust prior to joining the team. William’s main focus is to liaise with external parties about fund-related matters and assist other divisions to comply with document submissions to clients, government agencies and other external parties.

William holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University. In his free time, he often plays golf and he has a huge interest in cars.

Izzavia is an Office Manager at Asiantrust Capital Partners.
In her current role at Asiantrust, she oversees all human resource-related matters and is responsible for the organizational growth of the employees at Asiantrust through employer branding, leadership development as well as organizational strategies. In addition to that, Izzavia is also responsible for the firm’s reputation development through internal and external communications, media relations, community outreach, corporate social responsibility, and as well as partnerships.

Prior to Asiantrust Capital Partners, Izzavia was a Marketing communication officer at Asanusa Asset Management and a Public Relations intern at Jakarta Capital City Government.

Izzavia graduated from Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia with a degree in Strategic Marketing Public Relations. She loves to spend her spare time with family and friends, strolling around the city, taking photographs and joining community events.

Cindy is a Growth Manager at Asiantrust Capital Partners.
In her currrent role at Asiantrust, Cindy is responsible for portfolio growth management, providing guidance, initiatives and support to Asiantrust’s portfolio companies with their product management and growth strategy.

Before entering the venture capital world, Cindy has 5+ years of growth experience across various industries in the tech world. She previously worked as a Growth Lead at DOOgether where she was highly involved in defining product strategy, product development, initiatie new product launches, as well as growth post-product launch. Before DOOgether, she was at Traveloka under the Revenue & Growth team where she was responsible for Traveloka Experience's business growth and new product expansion. While at Traveloka, she was also a part of the CEO Office team, where she advised and performed due diligence on strategic and organizational matters.

Cindy is an alumnus from Seattle University with a bachelor degree in FInance and Business Management. During her spare time, she enjoys travelling, exploring local food scene, and do sport and fitness related activities such as pilates and golf.

Dea is a Project Support Associate at Asiantrust Capital Partners.
In her current role at Asiantrust, Dea guides the portfolio companies' development by coordinating efforts of works relating to procurement services, business insight, and through her expert views to providing organization best practices.

Prior to Asiantrust Capital Partners, Dea was an Entrepreneur, building her own business in Fashion and Culinary. Her 2 years experience in building a business has equipped her with business management & communication skills, where she learns to work in a team and adapt quickly to new people.

Dea graduated from Universitas Bhayangkara with a bachelor degree in Law. And in her spare time, Dea loves to explore new and upbringing fashion, try different types of coffee beans, cat, parfume.

Haudhia is a Project Support Associate at Asiantrust Capital Partners.
In her current role at Asiantrust, Haudhia provides marketing and communication needs for the organization. She manages Asiantrust Capital's social media platforms and help to manage any non-financial project related to Asiantrust. Haudhia also supports the team by conducting research and media and news monitoring to ensure that potential opportunities for investment portfolios are brought up.

Haudhia specializes in creative thinking and graphic design. Prior to Asiantrust Capital Partners, she interned at VMLY&R (Advertising Agency) as an Art Director. She graduated from Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia with a bachelor degree in communication science, focusing on advertising & branding. During her spare time, Haudhia enjoys doing handicrafts and exploring fashion.
